Unable to Access Printer at Client Office
User is unable to print or access the printer at the client’s office location.
Step 1: Verify Printer Status in Windows
Press Windows + R, type control printers, and press Enter
Find the printer name (e.g., HP-ClientOffice-123)
If it shows Offline, right-click and uncheck Use Printer Offline
Step 2: Check Printer Installation
