Audio output issues

Step 1: Verify Output Device in Windows 

  1. Press Windows + I → Open Settings 

  1. Go to System → Sound 

  1. Under Output, check that the correct device (Speakers/Headset) is selected

Step 2: Verify Output Device in MS Teams 

  1. Open Teams → Click on Top three dots → Settings → Devices 

  1. Under Audio Devices, ensure the correct output device is selected
